Art that is created using a computer and monitor as one's canvas, along with imaging software that provides an artist with digitized brushes, color pallet, light source, texture and shaping tools. These tools, whether used alone or in combination with other traditional tools and mediums, enable artistic expression that challenges the limitations inherent to more conventional art forms.
